Ages: 6 weeks - 1 year + adult Prerequisite: Your baby must be registered for this class. Ensure your doctor has cleared you to exercise. In our welcoming environment, you'll experience: • Gentle postures that strengthen your post-partum body while accommodating baby's presence • Playful movements that incorporate your little one, enhancing their physical development • Breathing techniques that help manage parenting stress and promote relaxation • Weekly executive functioning themes that support both parent and baby's development • A supportive community of fellow parents sharing their journey Each session integrates our weekly executive functioning foundations (like Self-Monitoring, Emotional Regulation and Self-Control tools and strategies) into our practice. This unique approach helps lay the foundation for your self-care and while giving you practical tools for mindful parenting. Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced yogi, our certified instructor create a judgment-free zone where you can move at your own pace. Your baby's natural rhythms are welcome here – feeding, crying, or sleeping are all part of the experience!
